Plain Organic Yoghurt
Grated Onion
Worcestershire sauce
Lemon Juice

Place tofu & yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
Combine the rest of the ingredients into this tofu-yogurt blend, and mix well.
Serve with cut veggies or whatever you like for dipping!
