Baked plantains, yams or sweet potatoes

Ingredients
1-2
ripe plantains, yams, or sweet potatos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Peel & slice the plantains lengthwise & arrange in a single layer on a lightly oiled baking pan
Bake until brown on both sides & serve hot, or let cool and serve at room temperature
Yams & sweet potatoes can also be baked in a similar manner, or while still in their skin. They can also be steamed, and are ready when soft.
